Διαθέτει 3 υπνοδωμάτια στον πρώτο όροφο (2 υ/δ με διπλό κρεβάτι και 1 υ/δ με δύο μονά) καθώς και δύο μπάνια. Έχει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, άνετο σαλόνι και τραπεζαρία. Είναι ένα ήσυχο, γραφικό χωριό με απίστευτη θέα καθώς το πράσινο του βουνού αγκαλιάζει το γραφικό αυτό χωριό. Η αίσθηση της επιστροφής στη φύση, ο καθαρός αέρας, ο πλουραλισμός αισθήσεων και συναισθημάτων που προσφέρει η περιοχή, σου δίνουν την ευκαιρία να ζήσεις μοναδικές στιγμές ηρεμίας και γαλήνης με αγαπημένα πρόσωπα, απολαμβάνοντας το φυσικό κάλλος.

Το σπίτι απέχει 10km από την Ελιά με τις πανέμορφες παραλίες, 25km από την Μονεμβάσια και 45km από το πανέμορφο και γραφικό Κυπαρίσσι. Βρισκόμαστε μόλις 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο των Μολάων. Οι Μολάοι είναι πολύ καλή επιλογή για όποιον θέλει να εξερευνήσει την Λακωνία.

House Chaliki close to the sea

Das Haus Chaliki ist Teil eines Neubaus bestehend aus vier Reihenhäusern. Dieses aus Stein gebaute Eckhaus liegt sehr ruhig, etwas abseits vom Ort Poulithra und hat keinen Durchgangsverkehr. Der wunderschöne Strand der St. George Bucht ist nur 60 Meter Fussweg entfernt. Alle Häuser haben einen eigenen Eingang und sind in eine Parkanlage mit alten Olivenbäumen eingebettet. Von überall her hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf das Meer.

Agroktima Farm Cottage

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting.
