Placed in a natural landscape of exquisite views of the ocean,the sky,the pool&the patios while accommodated with a uniquely traditional style,it inspires tranquility&a sense of belonging at a home away from home where time unveils and embraces u in its own rhythm. Αυτός ο παραθαλάσσιος ξενώνας βρίσκεται ακριβώς πάνω από την όμορφη παραλία της Φυρής Άμμου και είναι ένα στολίδι με ανοιχτή θέα στη θάλασσα και το νότιο άκρο της Πελοποννήσου. Είναι ένας από τους δύο ανεξάρτητους ξενώνες ενός σπιτιού που βρίσκεται στον οικισμό της Αγίας Πελαγίας (πηγαίνοντας προς τα νότια) το οποίο όμως δεν γειτονεύει με άλλα σπίτια. Μπορεί έτσι κάποιος να αισθανθεί αποτραβηγμένος στην φύση βρισκόμενος συγχρόνως πολύ κοντά σε ένα ζωντανό χωριό.

Σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο όπου μπορεί κανείς να έχει άμεση πρόσβαση σε παραλίες και οικισμούς του νησιού μας. Η θέα από το σημείο είναι μοναδική. Unwind at this stunning Kythirian traditional cottage. The house is newly renovated with stone floors , high beamed ceiling and antique details for a luxurious yet charming feeling , with the full respect for the rich and distinctive architectural heritage of historic Mylopotamos and the natural beauty of its surrounding. Although shops and restaurant are only 5 minutes drive away , the area feels peaceful and secluded!!!

• Φωτεινό και ευρύχωρο σπίτι, ιδανικό για οικογένειες και παρέες έως 6 ατόμων. •Διαθέτει μεγάλη βεράντα με μοναδική θέα στον ορίζοντα της θάλασσας και σε μοναδικά ηλιοβασιλέματα. •Βρίσκεται σε ήσυχο οικισμό, μόλις 5 λεπτά από τη Νεάπολη, όπου θα βρείτε φαγητό, καφέ και διάφορα καταστήματα. •Κοντά σε πολλές όμορφες και διαφορετικές παραλίες, ιδανικές για χαλάρωση και οικογενειακές διακοπές.

Ο χώρος μου είναι κοντά σε κεντρικό οικισμό ενώ έχει και άμεση πρόσβαση σε κοντινή παραλία . Είναι παραδοσιακή κατοικία, με άνετο χώρο, κήπο, και πολύ όμορφη αυλή. Οι άνθρωποι είναι ευγενικοί και φιλόξενοι και υπάρχει δυνατότητα για πληροφορίες σχετικά με το νησί. Ο χώρος μου είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρια, δραστηριότητες για ένα άτομο, επαγγελματίες ταξιδιώτες και οικογένειες (με παιδιά).

Only 5 minutes by car from 3 stunning beaches and 10 minutes from the bustling commercial town of Potamos, the house is situated on a hill with 180º views of the Mediterranean.

Sfendoni Traditional House has been built in a typical Kytherian architectural style and is surrounded by a stone mosaic paved yard, large gardens with scented flowers and patio. The spacious common swimming pool is just ideal for relaxation.

Το σπίτι του Θόλου χρονολογείται το 1826. Είναι ανακαινισμένο με μεράκι και έτοιμο να σας υποδεχθεί, για να περάσετε αξέχαστες διακοπές στο μέρος όπου αναδύθηκε- σύμφωνα με τη μυθολογία- η θεά Αφροδίτη.
