Welcome to Lemonia! Our breezy and peaceful family-run apartments are set to the East side of the Island. We are ideally positioned 15 mins equidistant from the Town Centre & Old Harbour whilst still a stones throw away from beautiful Garifalo beach & Paradise Beach. Please note all guests will be required as per Greek law to provide full name, full address, passport or ID number & AFM number (for Greek nationals) immediately upon booking (same as hotel) so we can declare our income in Greece.

Traditional house built in 1856

Our 200 years old traditional house is perfectly maintained and it will work as a time capsule, in which you will travel in much more authentic times, where good taste was synonymous to simplicity and people had enough time to dream. The shady garden plays the role of the conductor, sets the rules and interacts in a relaxing but at the same time demanding way. Everything takes place in or around this oasis. At the end of the day you will reconsider about values and priorities. So be our guest.

Lions' traditional house with b/q outdoor space

The house was made in 1862 and is 10 minutes by foot from the main port of Spetses and 12 minutes from the old harbour, where all the restaurants clubs and bars thrive of night life. The neighborhood is quite and the tall stone wall around the house provides privacy and calmness. Recently renovated inside has in front a beautiful garden with a barbeque and a comfortable traditional dining area where you can enjoy peaceful moments. Kitchen is fully equipped and we provide washing -drying machine

Elia Cottage in Spetses

Stone-built cottage in lavish garden, in the heart of Spetses Town. A small house (58 sq.m) with all the amenities of a large one.Always childrens' favourite cottage, because of its coziness and its resemblance to "the little house in the prairie". It consists of two bedrooms, one of which is a mezzanine with two single mattresses, a dinning area with a rustic fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. The Old Harbor house

The house is on the 1st floor of an old mansion, recently renovated and located in the Old Harbor just 20m from the sea. It offers wonderful sea view. Big families and friends can easily be accommodated. It's close to famous restaurants and bars. There is a mini market in 1min walking distance. You can take a sea taxi or horse carriage just 100m from the house. The town center & port of the island is 20min walking distance or 5min by taxi, horse carriage or motorcycle/bicycle.

Captain Ilias Mansion 1840

Our house is a spacious old Mansion in the heart of Spetses, with a large yard in a quiet spot. It's only 6 minutes walking distance from town center and the port of the island! Bouboulina's historical Museum is 50 metres distance. You can easily get to the beach in 3 minutes walk, as well as to the bus station! It is furnished with original antiques, it's full of light and traditional spirit! It can easily accomodate families and big groups in its large rooms.

Easy access to the island's road system. You can easily drive to all of the island's sights and beaches.
