Guests have access to a wonderful private garden, situated just 40 m from the house (accessible by stairs). Local beach is accessible just a few steps from the garden. Unique, traditional stone and wood house, completely renovated in such a way as to retain its originality, with lots of rustic details. The house offers very romantic, warm and cozy atmosphere. It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

The apartment is ideal for 6 people, 2 more people can sleep on the sofa bed. Bedrooms have balconies, living room has a large terrace with a table, seating area and a view of the sea. In the garden, guests have access to a gas grill, a hot tub, a table tennis table, darts, etc.

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

Ovo je minijaturna kuća izgrađena od stare hladnjače uklopljene u kamene zidove. Sav namještaj, stolarija i ukrasi su handmade izrade. Pred kućicom se nalazi malo jezero prepuno života i veliki maslinik. Iza kućice raste mala borova šuma. Gostima je na raspolaganju 2000 m2 okućnice. Kućica se nalazi van sela, od mora je udaljena oko 1km (2 min. automobilom). Market je udaljen oko 1,5km. Grad Krk i Malinska 14 km, trajektno pristanište Valbiska 6,3 km.

Studio apartman Otto nalazi se u samom centru Punta udaljen samo 800 m od plaže. Ovaj klimatizirani apartman sadrži sve potrebno za obiteljski ili romantičan izlet. Gosti mogu besplatno koristiti WiFi, a u jedinici se nalaze ručnici i posteljina. Apartman se sastoji od kuhinje, blagavaonice, sobe i kupaonice, a gostima je na raspolaganju i besplatan parking. Autobusni kolodvor udaljen je 300 m, a zračna luka Rijeka 30 km. Kućni ljubimci su dobrodošli.

Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.

Villa Lord is a luxiorusly furnished villa located in a peaceful location, close to the sea with beautiful seaview. It can accommodate 12 persons (maximum 8 adults and 4 children) in 4 en-suite bedrooms (3 en-suite double bedrooms and 1 en-suite bedroom with two connected bunk beds). Guests can enjoy fully equipped indoor and outdoor kitchen, living area, indoor sauna, outdoor jacuzzi, outdoor heated pool with sunbath area.
