You can walk to Gion, Ponto-cho, Shijo-Kawaramachi and Higashiyama area (Kiyomizu Temple, Koudai-ji Temple). So this location is convenient for sightseeing around Kyoto. 3rd floor is very modern and stylish and 4th floor is Japanese-style.
