Παραδοσιακά φτιαγμένη η κατοικία σε ελάχιστα μέτρα από την θάλασσα με κρεβατοκάμαρα με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι με ανατομικό στρώμα, tv και ντουλάπα , τουαλέτα με κτιστά είδη υγειινής , καθιστικό με καναπέ που γίνεται διπλό κρεβάτι και πολυθρόνα -κρεβάτι , tv και κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με πλήρη κλιματισμό μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως 5 άτομα Το αυτοκίνητο σταματάει στα 80 μέτρα από την κατοικία και και η πρόσβαση είναι με σκαλιά και παραδοσιακό δρομάκι. Έχει μεγάλη βεράντα με σαλόνι και 2 ξαπλώστρες παραλιας.

Sea Breeze House

This Cycladic beachfront property is located at a picturesque and unspoiled place called Flambouria (12 km far from the port of Merichas). It has a front balcony where you can enjoy morning breakfasts, afternoon sunsets and an enviable view of the Aegean Sea and a back balcony which connects to a private vineyard. This well-lit and cozy house (50 sq.m.) accommodates up to 4 guests (a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 persons). All the rooms are furnished with care and have all the amenities.

Angel's Villa Sunset Kythnos

Angel’s Villa is located 3 hours from the port of Piraeus and just 1 hour and 40 minutes from the port of Lavrion . It is a home by the sea, south of Kythnos at Agios Dimitrios, 17 km (20 minutes) from the island's main port of Merichas. The villa has a large courtyard with unlimited sea views. There is a lounge and dining area outside. Inside, the guest will find everything they need to make their stay enjoyable. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, and a larger bathroom.

The Stonehouse

Βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 100 μέτρων από την παραλία.Τα λεγόμενα ”κελιά” στα νησιά των Κυκλάδων ήταν μικρά πέτρινα κτίσματα και χαρακτηρίζονται ως πολιτισμική κληρονομιά. A traditional house was set up in a holiday home in the Kouri area. It is located 100 meters from the beach. The so-called "cells" in the Cycladic islands were small stone buildings and are characterized as cultural heritage.

studio 25 τ.μ. με υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα, βρίσκεται 5 μ. από την παραλία του Καλό Λιβαδιού, ικανό να φιλοξενήσει έως 3 άτομα. Ενιαίος χώρος με 1 διπλό και 1 μονό κρεβάτι, μπάνιο με ντουζ, μικρή κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη. Μπροστά από το studio υπάρχει ένας επίπεδος προαύλιος χώρος 500μ. με φυτά και δέντρα που προσφέρει στιγμές ηρεμίας και χαλάρωσης.

A traditional stone house literally built on the sand just a few meters from the seawater. You sleep and you wake up by the pure sound of soft waves and birds.Resting for one week in this house will make you feel like you have rested for a full month. Some guests say that the photos do not justify the place. It is a lot nicer being here in person.

Ο ιδανικός προορισμός για διακοπές διπλά στην θάλασσα. Το σπίτι βρίσκετε στην παράλια Λεύκες μόλις 10 λεπτά(μηχανάκι-αυτοκίνητο) από το λιμάνι του νησιού. Το studio είναι ένα παραδοσιακό πέτρινο κυκλαδίτικο κτίσμα μια ανάσα από την παράλια.
