Casa encantadora con terraza privada y solarium. Céntrica (a 4' de la plaza de la iglesia, 8' de la playa y a 10' de la frontera de Gibraltar). Originalmente fue un estudio/taller de pintura y se nota en los objetos artísticos que la decoran configurando un ambiente singular y original. Confortable, recién decorado y amueblado. Muy luminoso y con vistas a sierra Carbonera. Aire acondicionado, calefacción y chimenea con horno de leña. No te dejará indiferente y te sentirás como en casa.

Para hasta 5 personas. A 15 minutos andando de la frontera de Gibraltar y a 10 minutos de la playa. A 5 minutos del centro de La Línea. En una zona tranquila y verde, y con parking gratis. NO FUMADOR, pero consta con una terraza para fumadores. Está en la 3a planta SIN ASCENSOR. La legislación local (Real Decreto 933/2021, de 26 de octubre) exige comunicar datos de todos los huéspedes por lo cual con la reserva, el huésped se compromete a aportar DNI o Pasaporte y los datos necesarios.
