This is also a great hunting spot, less than a quarter mile walk to public hunting property held by BLM. You can walk right out the door and hike, snow shoe, or sled down the driveway. We are not present when the home is occupied.

This guest studio is surrounded by tall Ponderosa Pines. The deer love to hang out in the shade of the oak brush during the day.
