Πρόκειται για ένα πολύ άνετο, παραδοσιακό σπίτι με σοφίτα που βρίσκεται στο γραφικό χωριό Πέρα Μέλανα Αρκαδίας, 7 χιλ μετά τον Τυρό και 11 χιλ πριν το Λεωνίδιο, καθώς οδηγείτε στην Εθνική οδό Άστρους - Λεωνιδίου. Κατά τη διαμονή σας θα βρείτε ό, τι χρειάζεστε για μια τέλεια ξεκούραση είτε με φίλους, είτε με την οικογένειά σας. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά του χωριού και έχει μεγάλο μπαλκόνι με απεριόριστη θέα. Για πρωϊνό προσφέρονται ντόπια προϊόντα όπως μέλι, τσάι, φρέσκα αυγά κ.α

Η Ελληνική λαική παράδοση και ήταν ανέκαθεν το μεράκι μας. Η γνήσια πινελιά των οικογενειακών μας κειμηλίων κάνουν των χώρο παραδοσιακό, με ύφος ταιριαστό με το όμορφο χωριουδάκι μας. Η θέα αποτελεί σημείο αναφοράς της επίσκεψης σας. Το βλέμμα ταξιδεύει στο γαλάζιο Μυρτώο πέλαγος και στην Καστροπολιτεία αντίκρυ. Απολαύστε την, στο καθιστικό της μεγάλης βεράντας. Ο χώρος του σπιτιού μας είναι πλήρης, άνετος και πολύ ήσυχος. Κυρίως, όμως, είναι έμπλεος από αγάπη και όρεξη για φιλοξενία!

Our 200 years old traditional house is perfectly maintained and it will work as a time capsule, in which you will travel in much more authentic times, where good taste was synonymous to simplicity and people had enough time to dream.
