Mystras Village House

Mystras Village House is situated in Mystras. This country house comes with a dining area, a kitchen and a flat-screen TV. The house also features a bathroom. The fireplace is exclusively decorative and non functional, and therefore cannot be used by guests. Please note that the fireplace is not included as an accommodation amenity. Πετρόκτιστο σπίτι που βρίσκετε στο χωριό Πικουλιάνικα ακριβώς δίπλα από τον αρχαιολογικό χώρο του Μυστρά, σε καταπράσινο τοπίο. Απέχει 9 χιλιόμετρα από την Σπάρτη και 1 χιλιόμετρο από την είσοδο του βυζαντινού κάστρου του Μυστρά. Διαθέτει ενιαίο χώρο καθιστικό και κουζίνα, με όλο τον εξοπλισμό για μαγείρεμα. Έχει επίσης μια κρεβατοκάμαρα με διπλό κρεβάτι και ένα μπάνιο. Η θέα από τα μπαλκόνια είναι καταπληκτική στο κάστρο του Μυστρα και στην Σπάρτη. Κοντά στο σπίτι υπάρχουν μαγαζιά για καφέ και φαγητό. Το τζάκι είναι αποκλειστικά διακοσμητικό και δεν είναι λειτουργικό, επομένως δεν μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί από τους επισκέπτες. Παρακαλούμε σημειώστε ότι το τζάκι δεν αποτελεί παροχή του καταλύματος.

My house is located in Pragmatefti, a village between Leonidio and Tyros. It is built in a quiet location, but with easy access especially by car, for which free parking is provided. The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. The traditional is harmoniously combined with the modern and in combination with the dazzling view of the Myrtos Sea it gives you the impression that you are on an island.

Country House with Swimming Pool

This traditional Greek stone house is nestled in a garden of olive trees and flowers. It lies three walking minutes from the solitary beach of the Aegean sea, with crystal clear blue water. Swimming and diving here is possible until December. The house has a big terrace with a beautiful view to the sea as well as a private pool which is nestled into a flower garden. The house is built in the traditional settlement of Proastio (or Prasteio for the locals) in an olive grove. It is located 6km (less than 10 minutes by car) from Kardamili and 9km (about 15 minutes drive) from Stoupa. In the area there are many beaches (organized and not) as well as cafes, taverns and restaurants for all tastes and requirements. The nearest beach is Kalamitsi (about 4km) and is ideal for children.
