It can sleep 4 people, although the space would be a little tight for 4 adults. There is a king sized bed, and a sleeper sofa which can be used together as a full sized, or option to separate into 2 twins. Blue Ranch Studio has a king size bed, sleeper sofa, and trundle bed to sleep a total of 4people comfortably. Convenient 15 minute drive to downtown, shopping at Circle C or Sunset Valley. Space comes with one bike for you to use to ride around the neighborhood :)

The tiny house is located in far South Austin. The location is ideal for those that want to be out of the busy city yet still a 15 min drive to downtown. We have a spacious 8 acre property. The tiny home is ideal for solo adventurers, business travelers or a couple of friends. This is a true tiny home and can only accommodate a total of two travelers for the duration of the stay. We have chickens on the property and have FREE farm fresh eggs available Daily for guests!

I'm happy to give recommendations to nearby restaurants :) Note: Check-in is at 4pm CST. Check-in instructions will be sent at 11am CST on check-in day. No parties allowed. No smoking anywhere on the premises, including outdoor areas. No pets. Zero tolerance policy for the above.
