This large one-bedroom, mezzanine apartment has everything needed with a built in robe and a comfortable queen size bed. Short walk to beach and town.

We have kept the original character of our 100 year old cottage but added all the modern amenities needed with an large extension. Tikalara is located in town a short walk to the shops and cafes, and an easy walk to the South beach. Two bedrooms provide one queen size bed and two singles. There are 2 modern bathrooms and 2 living spaces each with their own TV. A gas log fire will welcome you on a cold winters day as you enjoy the view to the south beach across the dunes.

Ella Blue has beautiful 180 degree views over the East Beach. You are so close you could touch it! This beach front property is well suited to a couple or family of four. Our place is great for enjoying laid back country life. You are just 1.5km to the middle of Port Fairy township with shops, cafes, pubs & beaches but also uniquely located in a country style setting. The cottage is set amongst our other independent accommodation. We do stress that the Cottage is located at the front of the property on Princes Highway so you do get road noise from trucks but we have had many guests stay, enjoy & the price reflects this.
