Stunning seashore studio - step out to the beach

Spacious studio with direct access to the beach and uninterupted views of the bay and Holy Isle (no traffic). The studio is within a secluded end of the road seafront bungalow and has a king-sized bed with optional third bed. It's a nice hideaway for a couple, friends or young family. Local cafes, hotels and shops are a 15 min walk. Perfect for walkers, cyclists & birders. Your host is a Scottish marine campaigner who helped set up the Arran Marine Protected Area and has good tips for visitors.

The Studio@ Drumshang Charming with stunning views

The Studio at Drumshang House is a 2 bedroom annex that was an artist studio due to the wonderful views over the Forth of Clyde is approx 8 miles from Ayr and lies on the coast road having walking access to the coast with its beaches and the Coastal Path walk is a place to get away from it all. Situated in a rural location surrounded by farms the village of Dunure is only a short drive or walk away with a picturesque harbour that has featured in the Outlander series a pub and wonderful cafe

The Vestry, St. Columbas Church

We have a quirky vestry, suitable for 2 adults or small family, attached to a converted church on Whiting Bay seafront. The Vestry has recently been converted to a high standard. It has a super kingsize bed plus a sofa bed in the living room/kitchen area. TV, cooker, fridge, kettle and toaster. Shower room/toilet. Views from the living room look out onto the sea and it's a stones throw away from the beach. Separate entrance with garden. Free parking. Bedlinen and towels provided. Free wifi.

Ideal couples base for exploring the Island

No 1 Shedock Cottage has been completely renovated inside and out, originally a shepherds cottage it is now a very modern living space. The entrance leads into the living room with a kitchen extension to the rear this follows onto a private sitting area outside at the back of the cottage. The bedroom has a double bed with fitted wardrobe. There is a bath and shower in the bathroom next to the bedroom. Heating throughout the cottage is electric with flame effect fire in the living room.

Welcome to Whin Cottage, a cosy stonebuilt home on the South West coast of Arran. Dating from 1900 when it was a farm house, it looks out over fields to the southern Arran hills. Our cottage is a great place to escape from the many stresses of everyday life, have a digital detox ( no wifi by choice) whilst offering a perfect base from which to discover Arran. Springwell cottage has been recently renovated. Centrally heated with living room underfloor heating and a wood burning stove. Can sleep 4 adults and 2 infants or 2 adults and 2 children. We accept a max of 2 well behaved dogs no larger than a Labrador. Separate garden for guests use. Safe little beach and swings just across the road . Start of the Goatfell path 5 min walk away. Corrie hotel bar 5 min walk and dog friendly Also Mara seafood cabin and Deli take away or eat in .

Luxury glamping yurt in an orchard and wild flower meadow on a small, quiet site just 15 minutes walk from the beach and village. With private bathroom, and full self catering facilities. Each yurt contains a log burning stove (inc. oven) for cooking and heating and your own outdoor area & fire-pit for cooking outdoors. Shared kitchen including kettle, microwave and your own fridge.
