With your own detached bathroom and kitchen about 30m from the Cedar Hut, this can be your cozy, heated one room glamping experience. A private spot on our little farm. We are settled on 9.5 acres which you are Welcome to roam. Farm dogs Klaus (Bernese/Aussie) and Pinkie (Dachsi) are friendly and keep busy with roaming the property. Our horses are your neighbors and you will most likely find us in the garden. Enjoy the tranquility and privacy of your getaway to relax. Two bicycles provided.

We are a 5 minute drive from West Shawnigan Lake Park (lake access) and an 8 minute drive from Masons Beach / Shawnigan village, and a 50 minute drive from Victoria.

The Surf- Ocean Front-By the Beach- Outdoor Bath

Ocean front West Coast retreat located 40 meters above the surf, bordering China Beach. Enjoy beach fires, forest walks, hiking, mushroom forging and surfing. A short intermediate private trail will take you down to the beach. The 560 square foot cabin is set back on the property, offering spectacular panoramic views of the Juan de Fuca Straight. Cozy up by the wood fire in this cozy 1 king bed cabin or have a bath in the outdoor tub and enjoy the breathtaking views!

Go for a surf in the morning, lay in the hammock for an afternoon siesta, then enjoy the stars at night as you stroll down the path to our cedar sauna.

Rachael's Retreat

Rachael's Retreat is a one bedroom cabin that offers a tranquil basecamp for exploring the Port Renfrew area. Centrally located in Port Renfrew at the "Wild Coast Cottages" community, a recreational cabin community zoned for short term rentals. The cabin is within walking distance of the amenities of Port Renfrew. Port Renfrew offers many opportunities to experience the natural wonders of the surrounding beaches, parks and recreation sites.

Jordan River Cedar House & Hot Tub no cleaning fee

Located in Jordan River you hit the sweet spot with this newly built cabin specially designed for the location to maximize outdoor space, expansive ocean views and privacy. Some things you’ll love about this little gem are the large cedar sun deck, wood burning stove and stargazing (or ocean gazing!) from the cedar hot tub for two. After a day of adventuring you can also curl up and enjoy a movie in the TV zone upstairs.

HeartWood Cabin

HeartWood is a beautifully crafted log cabin surrounded by the natural beauty of the coastal temperate forest. Located on a large forested acreage just minutes from town, it offers complete privacy and an immersive experience. The cottage is approximately 2km from Beaver Pt Hall, 5km from Ruckle Provincial Park, 10 minutes to Fulford Harbour, and 20 minutes to Ganges. We are within walking distance to several beach accesses, Canada Conservancy forest, and a beautiful First Nations Reserve. The beaches are launch points for nearby Russell and Portland Islands in the Gulf Island National Marine Parks.
