With 4 beautiful lakeside cabins, a stylish home, an amazing sandy beach with a bar, a playground, access to the water, a volleyball court, great views, and plenty of space, you couldn't ask for more! We also have one dock that can support up to a 24-foot boat. For the lake, we offer kayaks and paddleboards to use for your enjoyment at no extra cost! Chapel View Suite is a full size apartment, with full kitchen including stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and kuerig. Suite has large bedroom with queen size bed and small sitting area and TV. Large livingroom with TV and small working area. Private bathroom with tub/shower. You can use upper deck in summer. You have excellent view of the St. Frances Xavier Basilica from the living room. Close to restaurants, shopping, park, trail, and basilica. GREAT PLACE TO RELAX AND UNWIND!

Cozy cabin & 1/4 acre pond. We're sure you’ll love this space as much as we do. Not suitable for children under 12, we strictly enforce no children or pets, and must be 21+ to book. Outdoor space, gas grill, gas fire pit. Fully stocked cabin, with breakfast items included for you to enjoy at your leisure.

Custom Floating Suite-HOT TUB!

Enjoy a stay directly on the backwaters of the Mississippi River. This custom cabin is floating right on the water, and you won't find anything like it! Grab your loved one or friend and surround yourself in nature, while soaking in the hot tub on the floating patio, or in the beautiful tub inside. Relax in the king size bed thats in front of one of the two fireplaces. The cabin has everything you need, including a small kitchen. This floating oasis is located at Millennium Marina.

Cushion Cabins East

Very private, secluded and relaxing spot within 30 yards of walking or biking trail. Enjoy wildlife, plenty of deer and eagles to watch off the large open front porch. Fire pits for each cabin with firewood provided. Grill provided in front yard. Two private bedrooms with a queen bed in each. Kitchen included microwave, 2-burner stove and full size refrigerator. Coffee make and toaster also provided. River for canoeing and kayaking within walking distance.

Enjoy the fire pit and feel to walk around the grounds. Close to The Field of Dreams, Mississippi and Maquoketa Rivers. Also, close to Jones and Delaware county fair grounds. You’ll also find that Farley Speedway and Tristate Raceway are minutes away. Nature awaits!!

Situated alongside the Mississippi River, wildlife abounds in every season. With eagles nesting nearby, there is always something new to see from the beautiful sunrises, cruise ships passing by, and watching the commerce of the barges and railroad right out the front window! This home has been recently refurbished and sits at the edge of our 15 acres. You can see us and visit with us if you like, or you can maintain privacy 10 acres away!
