This is a unique opportunity to live life big in a Tiny House (165 sq. ft.) right on Lake Goodwin with everything you need for a wonderful getaway. Great hot tub on the deck with a sweeping view of the lake and privacy. Sleep on a comfy bed with luxury linens, full kitchen, microwave, TV, Keurig coffee maker, cookware, toaster & blender. You have access to kayaks, paddle boards, rowboat, dock and fishing. Because of the close proximity to the water & hot tub, it's not suitable for children.

Inspired by Anne of Green Gables and beautifully remodeled by Beach & Blvd, this 1915 lakehouse will bring a wonderful sense of serenity to your next escape. This waterfront home is located on Lake Martha, a 60-acre body of water that's great for swimming, boating, and year-round fishing. Enjoy the private dock, a large shaded porch, firepit, BBQ and an expansive lawn rolling down to the lake's edge. Gas-powered motorboats not permitted. 2 kayaks, pedal boats, and standup paddleboards provided.

In the open-air loft, you'll find a queen bed, walk-in closet, and 3/4 bath with tub. Park-like yard features dock and firepit.

With 900 square feet of open living area, a fireplace, full kitchen, washer/dryer, king size bed, high speed internet, 2 TV's, beautiful furnishings and easy access to the beach it's the perfect get-away!
