The Cozy Den is the perfect place to enjoy a more peaceful, relaxing time. With it's unique log cabin design you'll feel like you've just transported yourself and your family to the good old days. Enjoy the lake located across the gravel drive from the cabin. Kids can play at the waters edge(“beach”area is tiny but keeps kids busy for hours) spot to put in rafts, kayaks & the paddle board) Plenty of bass to catch from shore too. Beautiful contemporary style home featuring a spacious, open concept layout with 3 bedrooms (2 King & 1 queen bed) & two full bathrooms. The house sits on a double lot overlooking 120' of the Tittabawassee River. Close to 5 area wedding venues! Easy access off M-61 on a paved road. Currently we enjoy the natural flow of the Tittabawassee River but please note that there no good access point to get on/in the water. Restoration of the dam creating the lake is estimated to be complete in 2026.
