Al terzo piano di una casa storica, la mansarda si sviluppa su 2 piani. Al piano principale zona giorno e bagno con doccia, mentre soppalcata, la zona notte. E' facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici ( treno, fermata autobus e battello raggiungibili comodamente a piedi ). Negozi e servizi, supermercati, ristoranti e bar a pochi metri. Comodo anche per chi necessita di un alloggio nei pressi del presidio ospedaliero cittadino.

The independent studio in a renovated small stone barn has its own garden and overlooks a car-free traditional hamlet only 15 minutes from Locarno and Verzasca valley. Attached to the modern bedroom is a generous bathroom (an ode to the Caribbean sea) equipped with cooking utensils, 3 electric plates and fridge for your breakfast or a light lunch. L'alloggio è adatto sia a singoli che a coppie e a chi viaggia per lavoro. Parcheggio libero nella via. In zona ci sono diversi negozi, bar, ristoranti e un supermercato. Located in Neggio, 5 minutes from Magliaso / Agno and 20 minutes from Lugano by car. It boasts a splendid garden overlooking the lake and is located in a very quiet hilly area. Restaurants and supermarkets are 5 minutes by car. The Hygge accommodation offers: double bedroom, parking, bathroom with shower, small breakfast corner, garden, Wi-Fi and TV. The room doesn't have a kitchen. Smoking is allowed outside only.
