Sitting at the base of iconic Round Top Mountain and within walking distance to downtown Lake City is this comfortable studio apartment. The space is attached to the host's year-round home, but has its own private entrance and parking. Enjoy a fire on the attached private porch, or head across the street for a local favorite hike. The Moose Goose Cabin

Located on beautiful Lake San Cristobal. This charming remodeled cabin from the 1950's is the perfect combination of modern and rustic. Please be aware there is NO TV and NO smoking in this cabin. There are games/puzzles, the lake, and endless places to explore from the cabin. Cell service is possible with WiFi calling and internet is through Starlink. Town has restaurants and bars with internet. There is a king bed and a twin trundle couch. Fire-pit, outdoor furniture and views of the lake!

Creekside HQ ~Ranch Luxury right on living water

HQ is an incredible dog friendly luxury cabin tucked alongside the confluence of Miners and Rat creeks, featuring 50 acres of private gold waters fishing. “Rancho Cebolla Guest Cabin”

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis nestled among giant spruce as the sound of rushing Cebolla Creek echoes through the trees. Trout abound in the creek which is only 200' from the cabin. Rancho Cebolla has about 980' of private water and is next to about a mile of public water at Mason Family SWA. Come enjoy the cool summer, watch the leaves change in fall, watch local wildlife, fish the Cebolla & local lakes, ride UTV trails on public land, or hunt big game in GMU 66 or 67.

Modern guest house in Lake City

Modern and newer construction (completed in May 2020) second floor guest house for rent. Two bedrooms and two baths, approximately 1125 square feet. Bedroom 1 has an attached bath with tiled walk in shower. Kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Huge 12' x 36' second story deck with amazing views. For folks bringing pets, note that pets cannot be left unattended in the house. If you leave the house, take your pets with you. Town of Lake City permit # TLCR05.

Large One Bedroom Cabin Sleeps 2-4 2 queen beds Living room with seating and tv Kitchen with dining table 1 bathroom with tub and shower The kitchen has pots, pans, tableware, silverware, a microwave, a fridge, and an oven. Every cabin has bed linens, pillows, and extra pillows. The bathroom has body towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not supply seasonings or coffee. Coin laundry, The Lost Sock Laundromat is located at 808 Gunnison Ave.

Gowdy Suite 1 Open All Year Gowdy Properties

The Gowdy Suite 1 is located on the ground level with private entrance and screened porch. The bedroom consists of a king size bed and 32 inch TV, the kitchen has all standard necessities and then some, the living area has a couch a chair recliner and a 42 inch TV. The bathroom has a shower and blow dryer and extra towels. OHVs are only allowed to travel on Hwy 149 from June 13th until September 30th

Mountain View Cabin

This beautiful log home rental has spectacular views of the Cimarron and the San Juan Mountains. It is a fully furnished mountain retreat with everything you will need for a comfortable, affordable stay. Quiet, yet within walking distance to town.
