Hungry Hippie Hostel now has Camping + Glamping! Our canvas wall tents are waterproof and super cozy! Our version of Glamping includes: the 8'x16' tent, decking (with screened in porch), comfy mattress and breathtaking views of Lake Superior. Also included- a campfire ring + picnic table at each of our glamping sites. Tents are located within 200 feet of our brand new shower house. The shower house is divided into mens & womens spaces. Each space having two showers, three toilets and two sinks.

Twisting Twig Gardens and Orchard Wall Tent

Our wall tent offers a sweet retreat in the woods about 10 miles outside of Bayfield. We are located on a small working organic farm with vegetable and perennial gardens, apple trees, and rustic accommodations. We are located near Lake Superior and are about 6 miles from Meyers Beach in the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore. Our property is located on 40 acres and has a distant, but beautiful view of Lake Superior. We are on the edge of thousands of acres of county land. The perfect escape!

All around you will find excellent fishing, hiking, hammocking, birdwatching, and plenty more activities to enjoy on the property.

This spacious 13ft tipi-tent sits on a sand dune of red pine, oak, & sprawling blueberries. Bathhouse w/running water, hot shower, flush toilet & kitchenette just 50 feet from the tipi. We will only rent this camping site if the cabin isn't booked for your privacy. You have access to a picnic table, fire pit with grill, chairs and outhouse, you can also use the screened in porch and couch in the cabin! Private driveway off highway 17 makes this a great choice!
