We provide guests optional access to Lake Toxaway Country Club & Golf Course upon application and $150 fee (available April-November)

Our charming apartment is nestled in the woods with a prime view of your own private 15 ft waterfall in the backyard. Enjoy peace & tranquility while reading a book on the hammock or warm up by the chiminea while watching the fireflies scatter about the woods. The creek is approximately 3 ft deep at the bottom of the waterfall. The property is surrounded by State Forest. If the apartment gets rented, the rest of the house is blocked from being rented. You will not be sharing ANY space.

The condo is centrally located between Brevard to the East and Cashiers/Highlands to the West where there are numerous breweries as well as hiking and cycling in the Pisgah National Forest and Gorgers State Park. Plenty of outdoor seating with the gas grill. The hot tub is located on the downstairs porch. Also, downstairs are 2 queen bedrooms, all with their own full bathrooms, a spacious living room, and laundry room.
