LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Modern luxury building located in the heart of Downtown Seattle. Just minutes walking from Pike Place Market, Post Alley, Waterfront Park, Bubble Gum Wall, The Aquarium, Showbox, and Seattle Art Museum! Stadiums and Space Needle are a short 5 minute drive. Ferry Access and public transportation both close by. Amazing restaurants and shops just steps away. I can park 1 car free! Dog park on site! It’s truly an amazing location to see Seattle with convenience and joy.

Cedar House - Studio Guest House

Welcome to The Cedar House, a studio guest house detached from our main house. You will have separate entrance, private bathroom. Wood floors and ceilings and the woods you see through the windows give it the feeling of a cabin. The queen bed is in the loft and you must be able to use the stairs to get to it! There is a queen sleeper sofa on the main level for more sleeping. Upon request, 2 additional single air mattresses and bedding are available. Space is available for a baby pack-n-play.

We use CDC guidelines as close as possible & leave 48+ hours between guests for your/our safety. Enjoy our secluded park like setting, comfy bed, sauna, homemade bread/jam, huge cedar trees, sitting areas, golf chipping, horseshoes (seasonal). Close to SEA via ferry ride from Bainbridge Is. (30 min. drive) or 10 min. to Kingston ferries (walk-on or car). Near beach, golf (White Horse GC) & miles of hiking/biking trails, close to shopping & restaurants. Good for couples/singles. Groomed trails lead to a 100 acre nature preserve managed by our neighbors The Whidbey Institute that we cheekily call the "100 Aker Wood."
