This is the perfect budget friendly get away for a family or a great place to lodge for hunting and fishing. Great in the summer and the winter! Historic 1880 Settler Cabin, Merryweather Farm

Merryweather Farm is a peaceful place on the open prairie. We raise organic garlic, apples, orchard pork, free-range chickens, turkeys, ducks, geese, and charming, lovable dogs and cats. Our goal is to provide a true pioneer experience with just a bit of comfort added. 1880 Norwegian Settlers Cabin is not modernized, attached barn has been rebuilt into uninsulated screen porch. Cabin has great old iron bed, loft has twin bed, screened in porch has day bed. Private modern bath included.

The Magnolia House ~ A Stone’s Throw off I-90

Stop by with the whole family at this cozy place to stay. The small Midwest town of Magnolia is conveniently just off I-90 Exit 18. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This is a charming older home! 2 bedrooms with queen size beds on the main floor and a bedroom upstairs with a king size bed and a sitting room. The house has a large patio door leading out to the front deck. The back yard has a cement patio and a very large back yard - great place if you have children, dogs - lots of room to run and play. Great place to relax with a fire or to play yard games as it is shaded with trees!
