Black Aspen Green: Have fun with the whole family at our modern cottage near the beach. Walking distance to the beach, our dog friendly space boasts comforts for everyone. This modern cottage was designed for a large family or for two families to share. 3 bedroom, 2 bath including a bunk room for the kids and a mudroom with built in kennels and a dog bath. The backyard has a large ground level deck with two BBQs, seating and dining spaces as well as a fire pit area with plenty of seating.

Private forest spa retreat built for relaxing, celebrating, and disconnecting. The home opens onto a poolside deck with loungers, dining area, and BBQ, while a separate spa building faces the forest with a panoramic cedar sauna, 8-person hot tub, and cold plunge. The Beach House One minute walk to beach!

This charming timber-frame beach house offers a cozy, escape just a 1-minute walk to lake and sandy beach. It features a quaint living area, two loft-style bedrooms accessed by ship’s ladders, a full bathroom, and a convenient kitchenette—perfect for relaxed, easy stays. Step outside and you’re right beside a beautiful 10-acre provincial park, boardwalk, dog-friendly beach, tennis courts, playground, and open green space. This is a place to slow down, recharge and feel at home.

Minnewanka

Relax in a cozy, beach-inspired cottage, only a couple blocks from downtown, the boardwalk and beach. The cottage comfortably sleeps 4 adults, with a queen-size bedroom and queen-size trundle bed in the living room. During the summer, the guest cottage also sleeps two guests. Enjoy relaxing in a screened gazebo, bbq dining on the large sunny deck, or enjoying an evening around the firepit. The cottage is wifi-enabled with Chromecast TV, a full kitchen and linens.

The Hobbit House (Hot Tub)

This guest suite with a private entrance, is attached to our main house, where your hosting family lives. It's located in a quiet part of town tucked into the trees with a river and walking path across the street. It would be perfect if your travelling here for work or just need a relaxing getaway. This guest suite was once a chicken coop, now turned into a modern mid-century style house that we lovingly have called the Hobbit House because of it's low ceilings.

Our 3 bedroom cottage is just steps away from a quiet limited access beach. With immaculate views of Lake Winnipeg, our property has 3 outdoor decks to enjoy the views. In addition, enjoy the open concept living, dining and kitchen space. During the winter months, take advantage of the proximity to Lake Winnipeg for ice fishing. Waterfront Cottage at Little Deer, on Lake Winnipeg, approximately two & half hours north of Winnipeg, 50 km from Riverton. A pristine natural environment, very peaceful, quiet & private. Maximum 6 people, not a party cottage. Limestone cliffs & caves along shoreline for swimming & paddling. Located just off a groomed snowmobile trail, this is a perfect home base for snowmobilers, ice fishermen and cross-country skiers in the winter time.
