This charming studio cottage sits nestled under a willow tree; creating a mood of serenity. The queen sized bed has a memory foam mattress, & luxury linens. The kitchenette has fridge, microwave, Keurig machine, & electric hot plate. Through the window you’ll see the rustic playhouse & gazebo. The bathroom with shower is sparkly clean. Spacious parking—only a few feet from the cottage. Whether you’re here for a concert or a graduation, this little house will enhance your visit. Fan/no AC

The library guest room and European-style kitchenette is in a quiet area of Lakewood, attached to our home. Self-entry with lockbox, fast WiFi, covered carport for parking. Automatic discounts for weekly&monthly stays. Close to JBLM, shops and I-5, it's suitable for quick getaways or longer housing needs. Access to the shared laundry room with large washer and sanitizing dryer. Nestled in the woods, you can relax & unwind in the cozy suite, large deck or grounds. Hot tub available seasonally.

Guesthouse on Luxury Mini-Ranch

Entire Guesthouse on fenced acreage with rolling hills, sports court, firepit, view of Mt. Rainier, horse friends that come right up to the fence. Wonderful property for friendly dogs! Guesthouse is bright and airy, with views over the ranch and pastures. Air Conditioned! Cook in a full-size kitchen, relax in a huge master bedroom suite with mountain views and master bath w/ jetted tub and walk-in shower and enjoy private patios with sunrise to sunset views and a huge firepit + BBQ area.

You and your furry friends can relax and enjoy this climate controlled 1 bedroom duplex with covered parking and the amenities you are used to at home. Sit on our comfortable couch and watch your amazon prime shows or cast your favorite streaming service on a 50 inch smart tv. Sleep in a king bed with a comfortable 12 inch mattress and 2 types of pillows. Wake up and have pancakes with syrup and coffee or tea. Take your dog for walk to Harry Todd park with lake access only 2 minutes away.

Located two miles from Chambers Bay and the golf course that hosted the 2015 U.S. Open. Explore Mount Rainier, Olympic National Park, and everything Seattle/Tacoma has to offer. Waterfront Cabin on the Sound

Looking for a quiet place to get away “glamp” - our special cabin is the place for you. The cabin is SMALL and cozy. Right on the water with use of kayaks, paddle boards, & canoe. It features a queen bed in upstairs sleeping loft as well as a couch that pulls out into a double size sleeper, covered kitchen & private hot shower located OUTSIDE. There's an easy-to-use Incenelet toilet. Someone will meet you to go over check-in when you arrive. We allow you to bring 2 dogs - $50 each.

This private loft is designed to feel calm, easy, and thoughtfully prepared from the moment you arrive. Set at the top of a historic 1892 Victorian, it offers a quiet, light-filled space to unwind—perfect for solo travelers, couples, or anyone looking for a peaceful place to land. Guests often tell me they love starting their mornings in the window sitting area with coffee, watching the light come in, or winding down at night in the cozy sleeping space under the vaulted ceilings.

The southern exposure beach ( 1000ft of private beach) is the ideal for strolling, beach combing, and relaxing. A fire pit, propane bbq, hammocks, and lounge chairs awaits for outdoor r & r. Trails through the forest for hiking. Mountain bike trails at Dockton Pk..Your pet is welcome, leashed, with an additional pet fee.

This unit is 6 mins to the Tacoma Dome! Features modern furnishings and a cozy living room with a sleeper sofa. Minutes from shops and freeways, perfect for shows, events, and exploring. PLEASE NOTE: This unit is part of a duplex and shares the onsite laundry with the other residents. It’s still a private, stand-alone space with its own entrance and yard. There’s a staircase to get in, the shower is on the smaller side, and the bathroom is accessed through the bedroom.
