Maison de village, à l’entrée de la bastide, en retrait de la rue principale, composée dès l'entrée, d'un séjour avec canapé, tables et chaises, TV-TNT. Une cuisine, communiquante avec le séjour, aménagée et équipée. Des sanitaires en rez de chaussée. A l'étage, une chambre avec un lit en 140 donnant sur la rue, une seconde chambre côté cour avec deux lits en 80, et une salle d'eau avec lavabo, douche et WC.
