Originally built as an old Ontario cottage, this house has been completely restored and updated with all modern amenities and a design that gives a nod to its unique history. If you enjoy kayaking, the Fall River Park is located across the road and it includes full dock access to the river.

Waterfront cottage on St. Georges Lake, minutes from Sharbot Lake Beach, Provincial Parks, and Trans-Canada Trail. Fully renovated and stuffed with all necessities. Ideal for a couple or small family, sleeps 4 with a queen bed and pull-out couch. Stable high-speed fiber WiFi. Equipment includes 2 paddle boards, 1 kayak, a floating mat, pedal boat, 2 life jackets. TCT offers walking, hiking, and cycling opportunities with 3 adult bikes available. 3 hours from Toronto, 1.5 hours from Ottawa.

Malcolm Cottage House

In a quiet neighbourhood that runs along the shore of the river, this sunny, cottage style house was built in the 1800's. It's a cozy 3 bedroom with a generous side garden on a tree lined street within easy walking distance to the shops + restaurants of downtown Almonte as well as biking and walking trails. It's been lovingly renovated and furnished with loads of antique finds that make for an authentic + homey feel. 30 minutes to Ottawa, 2.5 hours to Montreal, 4 hours to Toronto.

Idyllic waterfront home sauna hot tub, hygge style

Located on a bend in the river you will feel surrounded by tranquil natural beauty. The entire front of the house is windows, looking out at the river and boasts a very well appointed kitchen, sauna and hot tub. This is a perfect getaway for up to 6 people. In the summer you can fish and swim right off the end of the dock on the property. In the winter go from the fire pit to the sauna to the hot tub and if you’re really brave, cold plunge in the river! A true spa-like feel.

North Sky Retreat

This "rustic chic" home has been designed with your every comfort in mind. There will be no "roughing it" in this rural cottage, nestled in the beautiful Lanark Highlands. North Sky is a perfect getaway for everyone. In winter, we are close to the Snow Road snowmobile trails. In late winter, early spring - we are right in the middle of Maple Syrup country! My house situates within minutes drive to desirable destinations such as Canadian Tire Centre, Tanger Outlets, Walmart, Loblaws, Farm Boy, Costco, and Kanata North Technology Park etc. Kowloon Supermarket is 10 minute walking distance away. I’m proud of my house and thrilled to present you a part of it as your temporary home.
