The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It has been completely redone and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with beautiful views. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

The Barn in Lititz (4bd, 1bath, great for groups)

Venture into our barn turned modern guest house with an attached indoor half-basketball court! The Barn is nestled between the Forbes Top Ten Rated Lancaster downtown, the quaint town of Lititz and the Spooky Nook Sports Complex. We are ready to accommodate large groups with a full kitchen and room in the upstairs loft for extra inflatable mattresses and sleeping bags. Come and go as you please with your own private entrance and parking lot. We are excited to show you why we love it here!

Sunnybank Farm

We welcome you to our little farm! Come enjoy a peaceful getaway out in the country, yet close enough to town to enjoy the best of both worlds. Appreciate the charm of a 19th century farmhouse with large windowsills, good old stone work, and unique features. Get a taste of the farm life through meeting Ginger the horse, the chickens and the 2 dogs who roam freely outside. Phoebe is our golden doodle, and Obi, is our white Standard poodle.

Heron's Hollow- The Barn with hot tub!

Escape from the hustle to our renovated historical barn in a quiet, private valley. 3bedroom/1.5bath. There is large patio dedicated to this building, with fire pit, lights, a hot tub and a grill. Charming loft apartment

The loft is in a newly renovated barn, located on our small farm in Gap PA. The location is approximately 15 min from Lancaster County’s main attractions. (please see below for more details on location) We have the cutest pony named Snickers who is accompanied by his two bunny friends. He loves when guests stop by to say hi!😊

Cozy renovated barn in Lancaster County on a 4 acre property. We have a pool table, musical instruments, and a fire pit for your use. There is so much to do in area including hiking, biking, kayaking, seeing the local Amish (our neighbors), the PA Renaissance Faire and so much more.

Our cozy country barn apartment is located on our 9 acre farmette. Although the setting is very private along a quiet country road, surrounded by Amish farms, we are only about 20 minutes from most major attractions! Take a hike, enjoy a campfire, or just relax and enjoy the view!
