The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It was completely redone this spring and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with views to die for. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

Come enjoy your stay in our 1900 sq ft 19thcentury restored stone barn. We’re 15 minutes from Sight and Sound and the shops at Strasburg. With lots of trails and the Susquehanna River close by, your family can spend many hours hiking in southern Lancaster County. Experience the local Britain Hill Vineyard,coffee,and ice cream shops nearby. The charming city of Lancaster with its many authentic restaurants is only a 20 minute drive. Frush Farm - Gorgeous Apt, Beautiful Farm, Animals

This gorgeous studio apartment has a mountain lodge feeling! 1,100 sq ft, hardwood floors, high wooden ceilings, stone walls, gas fireplace, piano, WiFi, fully stocked kitchen, wash machine, drying rack, cedar closet, granite top counters. Beautiful country farm w/goats, chickens, donkeys, cats, gardens! Make music in the music room! Evening campfires weather permitting! Relax and enjoy nature. Farm fresh breakfasts are available at $15 per person if pre-arranged. Meet & feed the animals!

The Barn at Legacy Manor

The Barn at Legacy Manor is newly remodeled and is a unique and luxurious stay. The main living area has brick floors throughout and each full bathroom has heated floors. The large great room has a 10 ft wide fireplace with a propane burning open log set, and surrounding balcony. The kitchen is spacious and has lots of natural light. There are 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The shared yard on the other side of the parking lot fence has a putting green, fire pit area, and a kids play set.

The Barn in Lititz (4bd, 1bath, great for groups)

Venture into our barn turned modern guest house with an attached indoor half-basketball court! The Barn is nestled between the Forbes Top Ten Rated Lancaster downtown, the quaint town of Lititz and the Spooky Nook Sports Complex. We are ready to accommodate large groups with a full kitchen and room in the upstairs loft for extra inflatable mattresses and sleeping bags. Come and go as you please with your own private entrance and parking lot. We are excited to show you why we love it here!

Sunnybank Farm

We welcome you to our little farm! Come enjoy a peaceful getaway out in the country, yet close enough to town to enjoy the best of both worlds. Appreciate the charm of a 19th century farmhouse with large windowsills, good old stone work, and unique features. Get a taste of the farm life through meeting the sheep, goats, horses, chickens and 3 dogs who roam freely outside. Phoebe is our golden doodle, Obi, is our white Standard poodle, and Riley, is our big ole Bernise Mountain dog.

This is Level 2 - a one bedroom apartment complete with a full kitchen, bathroom with step in shower and private bedroom with queen bed. It has a private entrance that is separate from the rest of the house. There is access to the pond, hot tub , game house and other amenities on the 2 acre property.

Welcome to Lancaster Mill Stay - a beautifully restored 18th century Mill located just 15 minutes from the turnpike surrounded by quintessential Lancaster County farmland. Situated on 2 acres is this unique opportunity to stay in one of Lancaster's iconic Mills. The Level 1 apartment has a separate entrance, bedroom with queen murphy bed, full bathroom with tiled shower , full kitchen , washer and dryer and more! There is a fishing pond with paddleboat, canoes etc.

Heron's Hollow- The Barn with hot tub!

Charming loft apartment

The loft is in a newly renovated barn, located on our small farm in Gap PA. The location is approximately 15 min from Lancaster County’s main attractions. (please see below for more details on location) We have the cutest pony named Snickers who is accompanied by his two bunny friends. He loves when guests stop by to say hi!😊
