Nous vous proposons une appartement entièrement indépendant, à l'intérieur de notre parc arboré. Vous disposez d'une entrée pour votre voiture et d'un jardin privatif sous les arbres d'un côté et de l'autre, une jolie terrasse vous permet d'apprécier la sérénité du parc et d'accéder à la piscine. Un étang de pèche, le Lac de Taste, offre une ballade de rêve à 2mn du logement et l'immense forêt des Landes vous ouvre ses portes de là. Bazas et sa cathédrale, Sauternes et le vignoble sont proches.

L’atelier sous les pins

Oubliez vos soucis dans ce bel endroit, situé à côté de la maison de la propriétaire mais totalement indépendant. Au calme, à la lisière de la forêt de pins, vous pourrez profiter de la piscine de juin à octobre si la météo le permet. L'océan est à environ 6 kms, une piste cyclable vous y amène, à 500 m du studio. Le centre-bourg et ses commerces sont à 1,5 km mais à 100 m, en traversant la rue vous trouverez Florian le maraicher et ses bons produits du jardin ainsi que des produits régionaux.

Jolie petite maison de pêcheur lumineuse. A proximité de l’océan, vous serez à quelques pas de la plage. Proche des commerces et activités, vous pourrez facilement tout faire à pied mais ATTENTION en été notre station balnéaire est très fréquentée et notre petite maison proche des animations (concerts) et restaurants perd de sa tranquillité, notamment en soirée. Idéale pour un couple avec 2 enfants. Nous venons souvent profiter de ce petit cocon et nous sommes heureux de le partager avec vous!

Vous profiterez d'un cadre apaisant et serein à 1h15 de Bordeaux et des plages océanes de Hossegor, avec de nombreuses balades pédestres ou à vélo, à 10 minutes de toutes les commodités. A disposition : ping-pong, trampoline, raquettes, pétanque, fléchettes, babyfoot. Piscine uniquement en juillet et août : salée, chauffée, sécurisée, 12mx6m, ouverte de 12h à 20h.
