Footbridge Farm Cabin

Footbridge Farm is a quiet country get-away located on 90 wooded acres, 15 miles NE of Decorah. We are close to the mouth of Canoe Creek, the Upper Iowa River and adjacent to state DNR land. The cozy owner-built cabin has an open ceiling with exposed beams and rafters giving a sense of spaciousness. Local stone was used in the exterior walls and the floor-to-ceiling fire back behind the wood-burning stove. The floors are oak and slate. Detailed craftsmanship can be found throughout the cabin.

Historic Wykoff Jail Haus

Come explore the Historic Wykoff Jail Haus. The Jail Haus was built the late 1800’s and is owned by the city of Wykoff. Bike trails, trout fishing, Forestville State park, and cave exploration. There is kayaking and tubing 10 minutes away. Open over the winter months for snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, hunting and other winter activities. Playgrounds, restaurants, convenience / gas station all within walking distance. Located 40 miles south of Rochester in a town of 450 people.

Peaceful retreat down gravel driveway 15 min from Mayo Clinic. Enjoy your own apartment with private backyard walkout entrance to the lower level of our home. You will have a bedroom, living area, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and toaster oven (no conventional stove/oven), bathroom w/ tub & shower, pingpong table, laundry, and patio with fire ring. You may hear piano music weekday afternoons, since I give lessons (usually 3-6 pm; a bit earlier in summer) NEW HEATED FLOORS w/thermostat

Clear your mind at this modern, fully furnished cabin in heart of the Driftless region of MN, WI, and IA. Built in 2016, this truly unique space has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. There is plenty of space inside the cabin. The cabin contains two private rooms, one with a king size bed and the other with a queen bed. In the summer months there is also opportunity to camp, with 4 acres of luscious green space + some woodlands! Indoor fireplace, outdoor fire pit, and Traeger grill!

Nestled in the bluffs of Winona, Minnesota, The Driftless Retreat is a cottage in the valley just one mile from Saint Mary's University and a 10 minute drive to downtown Winona and the Mississippi River. The cottage features a private front and back entrance, large backyard, and woodburning fireplace. Our hope is that The Driftless Retreat is just that, a retreat away from the every day. This place is located near the heart of Rochester, within blocks of St. Mary's hospital, very peaceful, cozy and private. A lower-level unit in an older home, plenty of windows and light, and includes a gorgeous bedroom with a fireplace, a full kitchen, a reading room, and a clean, updated bathroom. This home is also close to the Apache mall, the Canadian Honker and other local restaurants, coffee shops, and the walking/biking trail system. There is also Wi-Fi, laundry, and parking on-site.

This private cabin is located on the edge of our pasture-based farm - we have 160 acres of forest, pastures, bluffs, and cliffs to explore. Just off the farm, this area is home to world-class trout fishing, the Root River State Trail, Amish shops, and so many hidden gems!

High Court Loft-the Judge's Chamber

High Court Loft is on the 3rd floor above High Court Pub on Lanesboro's historic Main Street. The large open space features a wall bed, kitchen w/1 pot induction stovetop, convection toasteroven, coffeemaker, fridge & microwave. The Loft is great for lounging or entertaining small groups. Large original windows open to a wonderful view of the lively downtown. In addition to the bed there is a queen deluxe airbed. Pets not allowed.
