Moderne hytte med tre soverom og flott beliggenhet på mange måter. Hytta var nybygget i 2020, har helt nye møbler, interiør og utstyr. PS vedovn i stue er ikke i bruk. På terrassen står det en badestamp med varmt vann klar til å nytes 24/7 året rundt! Hytta ligger i den lille bygda Spjutvik 23 kilometer fra Sortland. Dette er et idyllisk og rolig sted, men likevel er det kort vei til småbyen Sortland der man finner de fleste fasiliteter en by skal ha.

The Blue House - Blokken

A genuine and cozy house from 1900 with an amazing atmosphere and view. The Blue House is an optimal base for hiking, skiing, kayaking, snowshoe trekking and mountaineering. Fishing in the lakes or in the sea is right outside the door. Maps, first aid kit are available free of charge. The house is just renovated, and painted in colors chosen by the “blue city” artist, Bjørn Elvenes. Charger for electric cars is available for an extra fee.

The holiday home is located on an open plot with plenty of space to romp around. Ny Jokerbutikk i nærområdet, flere turløyper, kveitemuseum, nasjonalpark, innlands- og sjøfiske, utleie av båt i nærheten. 2 timer med bil fra Bardufoss flyplass. 1 time kjøring til Finnsnes. 1 time med hurtigbåt til Harstad. 3 madrasser oppe på hemsen i tillegg til de to soverommene. Stedet mitt er bra på par, reiser alene og pelskledde venner (kjæledyr).Det er også et stille og rolig område, uten den store trafikkstøyen da dette ikke er ved hovedvei. Rolig nabolag.
