The lowest level has a bedroom, and sauna facilities. The backyard has a jacuzzi (separate reservation). The shore area includes a dock and a BBQ shelter.

This extremely unique 200-year old log house offers you an outstanding holiday. The property locates only 15 minutes by car from Jyväskylä. The cottage is on the lower part of the property by a private beach. You can relax by the fireplace, go to sauna or go swimming into the lake. There is a central heating and an additional fireplace, indoor toilet, shower and sauna. Drinking water from tap. During summer you can relax on hammock or by the outdoor fireplace. Bathing/hot tub available.

Saunatilojen yhteydessä myös juuri remontoitu oleskeluhuone, jossa levitettävä vuodesohva. Oleskeluhuoneen yhteydessä kodinhoitohuone, jossa pyykinpesukone. Talo sijaitsee noin 2km päässä Pohjois-Himoksesta. Käytössä uimaranta Päijänteellä noin 500m päässä.Kesäisin erillisestä sopimuksesta käytössä soutuvene.

Vuokrataan Villa Salmea Jämsän Jokisuulta Päijänne järvi näkymin. Rauhallinen sijainti. Nukkumapaikat 10 hlö:lle. Unique vacation villa near Himos slopes with a view of the northern slope. 5 minutes by car to the slope. Well-maintained winter trails pass by the villa, with multiple pairs of snowshoes free to use. Outdoor hot tub (jacuzzi) can be rented for 160€/stay. Note: If you want bed linens and towels, they can be rented separately for 20 euros per person. This is a common practice for holiday cottages in Finland.
