Dispone de 2 dormitorios con baños integrados, sin ningún tipo de barreras, cocina y salón y vistas a una piscina interior, cerrada y climatizada a 24 g.octubre a abril ( no es un Spa), con una enorme terraza. Los dormitorios, cocina- salón y piscina dan al exterior con enormes cristaleras y luz natural. Construida en una única planta. Independiente y con parking exterior gratis.

El bungalow cuenta con una amplia terraza protegida del viento, dos dormitorio y dos baños completos, cocina y un salón-comedor completamente abierto a la terraza, mediante un ventanal de 7 metros de largo. La parcela es de 900, metros cuadrados. Se conservan muchos de los muebles originales de la década de los 60 del siglo pasado, con la intención de conseguir un ambiente original, y único. Las vistas 360º son espectaculares, tanto al mar, al Risco de Famara, como a los llanos del jable.
