Enjoy your stay in Rovaniemi in this top floor studio apartment with a balcony. Apartment is located on a quiet street and all services are within few minute walking distance (shopping malls, Korundi, Arktikum, bus stop to Santas Village, restaurants). Studio has a balcony with a view to Ounasvaara and city centre. If you are lucky, you might be able to see Northern Lights from the balcony! Studio can accommodate up to four persons. Studio also includes free parking space with electricity.

Sonka Resort’s Mirror Houses are set by a frozen lake, surrounded by forest and open sky. Each cabin has a mirrored exterior for privacy, a lake-view glass wall, double bed, sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom, Wi-Fi, and a projector screen. Local breakfast is available on request with at least three days’ notice. With several BBQ kotas on the premises, guests can enjoy outdoor cooking anytime. The cabin is a 6 minute car ride from the nearest East Ruka ski lifts and a 12 minute car ride from Ruka village services. Ski, snowmobil and outdoor trails can be found right nearby.

The property is perfect for two, but also suitable for four people. The cottage is equipped with a high-quality kitchen, one bedroom and a separate sauna building with a toilet and shower. The sauna's electric heater provides a good steam and beautiful views to Lake Inari. Bed linen, towels and bathrobes are included in the price.

Kompostoiva puucee. Sauna on puulämmitteinen. Opastamme tarvittaessa saunan lämmityksessä. Käytössä kesällä ja alkusyksystä.

Hiljaisuuden kylän mökit ovat käsin veistetty 30 vuotta sitten. Vuonna 2023 mökit ovat täysin uudistettu. Mökistä löytyy oma wc, kahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin, mikro ja jääkaappi. Mökin terassilta löytyy puulla lämmitettävä kylpytynnyri. Kylpytynnyri on erikseen tilattavissa. Alueella on päärakennus josta löydät a-oikeuksilla varustetun ravintolan, jossa tarjoillaan aamiainen sekä valmistetaan tilauksesta päivällistä. Päärakennuksessa myös erilliset wc:t ja suihkut naisille ja miehille.

Filled with natural light, it features a cosy living area, modern kitchen, and a master bedroom overlooking the terrace and jacuzzi, ideal for relaxation after days of adventure.

Mukava 160 cm leveä sänky tarjoaa tilaa kahdelle aikuiselle. Lämmitä oma puusauna, rentoudu terassilla tai nuotion ääressä laavulla. Ihaile tähtitaivasta tai revontulia kaukana kaupungin valoista. Talviaamuna voit kävellä kauniilla lumisilla metsäpoluilla, kuunnella luonnon hiljaisuutta ja hengittää raikasta ilmaa.
