Located in the tree area just south of the University of Wyoming, our cute one bedroom basement apartment has been completely remodeled. We are within walking distance to the University of Wyoming, Downtown Laramie, parks, restaurants, museums, Civic Center and the library. Laramie is located near great views, hiking, biking and skiing. The apartment is perfect for couples, parents visiting their UW student, athletic events, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Upstairs is also an Airbnb.

It is located one block from the University of Wyoming. There is available off street parking. It is walking distance to a wonderful local coffee shop. Dogs welcome, $10/day fee for a dog.

This sunny, fully furnished garden-level apartment in a quiet neighborhood is close to everything. You're an easy walk to the University of Wyoming campus, stadium, Arena Auditorium, and the dorms. Fast and sit down restaurants, movies, and our town's prettiest park (1 block) are close by. Laramie is proud of its western roots and the art, music and cultural events it hosts. Located in the tree area 6 blocks to the UW campus, a short drive to downtown Laramie, and near 3 city parks. Very quite, safe, walkable neighborhood. The apartment comprises the entire 2nd floor of our home and is clean, bright, roomy with a comfy bed. Our place is good for one person or couples passing through, traveling on business, or vacation. Parking is available in front of the house. We are happy to share our vast local knowledge of the area with all travelers.

Industrial Studio: close to UW & downtown

We are excited to share with you our renovated garage studio apartment. Once an old garage, this unique space shows off the brick exterior walls and the old heat system and all of its metal piping. Fully stocked kitchen with cookware provided. Cozy up by the gas fireplace. The bed is a queen size memory foam mattress. There is a loading zone next to it. Parking for the building is all street parking around the area. Please note that the A/C is seasonal.

Wyo House

This lodging is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath fully furnished apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Inside, you'll notice a celebration of Wyoming culture. Used exclusively as a guest house, it features modern conveniences, privacy, and unique Western decor -- a perfect getaway. Note: There is a basement apartment below with a separate entrance that is rented out to someone we trust. The renter does have a dog. Check in at 3 pm or later; check out at 11 am.

The Art Loft

The art loft is one of the most beautiful spaces in Laramie. It is full of light and space. Designed as a passive solar apartment it is cool in the summer and warm and sunny in the winter. The furnishings are kept tastefully minimal to set off the feel of space but also to draw attention to the artwork. Both the hosts are Proffessional artists and have welcomed a chance to share their work and the work of others. There is never enough wall space!
