We don’t allow dogs due to other guests’ potential allergies with the one exception being guests who are bringing their dogs to CSU vet. Organic coffee and an assortment of teas provided

Come stay in our super clean, cozy, newly remodeled, and private Old Town carriage house with unique outdoor kitchen! We are less than a mile from the new CSU stadium, an easy 5 minute bike ride to downtown FC, and blocks away from several coffee shops, restaurants, and breweries. Explore the area on one of our two cruiser bikes or take a drive into the mountains for a day of hiking and rafting. We have lived in FC for over 20 years and would love to help you plan your visit. Step onto the deck and cast your eye on the mountain and creek across the valley, where wildlife and wildflowers abound, you'll know you found your ideal tranquil refuge.

Brand New Cabin at Rocky Mountain National Park

Entire brand new, modern & bright cabin. We lost the cabin in 2020 in one of the largest wildfires in Colorado history, and just finished rebuilding. What we lost from the seclusion of trees, we gained in 360 degree views of Kawuneeche Valley & Rocky Mountain National Park. Nature has rebounded quickly & you will see abundant wildlife grazing the meadow, with moose and elk visiting daily. You can snowmobile/ATV from cabin to trails in less than 10 min. 4WD/AWD HIGHLY RECOMMENDED in Winter.

Coll Cottage - a charming rural private studio

A two acre property adjacent to Devil's Backbone Trail Head and surrounded by public county open space on three sides. The rock formation behind the cottage surrounds the property with privacy. The host, a nationally known western landscape artist, has his studio in the barn on the property. The main house is an historic structure built in 1920's. The Cottage has all of the amenities for a luxurious stay in the Colorado foothills, 26 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park.

When we say central we mean it! Morning coffee overlooking the lake and afternoon walks to breweries await. Our family lives below the Loft, while your space is fully private with your own entrance including a private deck. Use the Loft as basecamp for all your RMNP adventures!
