Im Anbau befinden sich die Wohnküche, ein Bad mit Badewanne, Panoramafenster und Dusche sowie die separate Toilette/Waschraum. Es gibt eine kleine Terrasse und eine Dachterrasse mit Chillout-Bereich und Barbeque.
