This cheerful and sunny home is located in a quiet and safe older neighborhood close to downtown and conveniently not too far from Hwy 99. This home is the perfect cozy place to rest and relax. Our little area of Modesto is unique in that we have a wonderful walking and biking trail only a block away. You can walk to our small neighborhood shopping area that has a grocery store with a Starbucks, a very popular frozen yogurt shop, restaurants, an independent bookstore and cute shops.

The Nest

Located just across the street from Lincoln Park, a family friendly park with walking paths. Upstairs is a Cozy Rustic Farmhouse studio with a 1940's charm. Exceptionally clean! Comfy queen size bed, hardwood floors with cowhide rug. Recliner chair for downtime and a desk for work time. Full kitchen to cook if desired or microwave to warm up takeout. For our guest who stay awhile and need to do Laundry, no problem. You have your own laundry room! We hope you enjoy your stay!

The Cozy SPOT Oakdale is a great stop over point on your way to the Sierras, Yosemite or if you're in town visiting family and friends. Full use of cozy home to relax includes BBQ, Hulu and WIFI. Pool safety fencing and self closing gate with safety latch allows parents to relax on the patio without any worries!
