This is a 5,200 square foot waterfront estate on Shoal Creek, designed for groups who want something more than a place to sleep. King beds, open living areas and floor-to-ceiling windows keep the water in sight from nearly every room. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Includes boat ramp access. Has 2 BR, 2 B, 3 rd BR that's setup with a Z-bar, iron & ironing board, blowup twin mattress. 1 BR has it’s own private bath, 2nd B is off the hallway. Walking distance to UNA baseball field, & basketball gyn. This house is strictly for renting and not my personal use & I hope you find it to be welcoming & comfortable!
