Quiet suburban 3-room apartment with mountain view

The lovingly furnished 75 m² apartment in the district Maxglan West (Salzburg city) is located on the 2nd floor of a multiple dwelling. My wife, me and our 2 children live on the floor below. The bright apartment with attics has just been partly renovated and newly furnished. It is also well equipped for the needs of families. We offer a small play corner, a crib if required and a high chair. All windows in the flat have child safety locks. NEW: A washer-dryer is available free of charge.

The house is located in Wals-Siezenheim next to Salzburg. It is surrounded by meadows and invites you to relax. The apartment is carefully decorated with lots of wood and cosiness. You can find everything you need- a kitchen, a big bed, a couch, a TV, a bathroom with towels, free WiFi as well as nature. From the city-centre of Salzburg you can reach the apartment in 20 minutes by bus or car and from the airport in 15 minutes by bus. Also you can enjoy the nature next to your apartment.

Hab Spaß mit der ganzen Familie in dieser stilvollen Unterkunft. Natur pur am Dreiseithof ganz aus Holz mit Pferden, Hühnern, und ganz viel Platz für eure Kinder. Direkt vom Anwesen gehts auf die zahlreichen Wanderwege des Schellenberges. Simbach am Inn / Braunau mit allen Geschäften sind 8 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Rottaler Bäderdreieck ist in unmittelbarer Umgebung, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg und München unter einer Stunde erreichbar.

Die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist jedoch leider schlecht. Wanderungen und Radtouren können direkt von der Wohnung aus unternommen werden.

The apartment is located on an farm right in the middle of Salzkammergut on the picturesque Mondsee Lake. The children-friendly accomodation serves as a perfect starting point for families for various excursions and trips in the MondSeeLand region as well as in Salzkammergut. Pool, new wellness area with with sauna and infrared cabin for your use. Tourist tax is €3,10 per person/day aged 15 and over.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
