Small home is completely remodeled using traditional woodwork craftsmanship for a warm feel. Full appliances and amenities are supplied in the cottage. Evening and breakfast snacks included. A small creek runs through the property with a fire pit area and a large hammock to bird watch in. We are nestled in between a small farm and an old junk yard filled with rusty cars.

Area colleges include, Saint Francis Univ, Mount Aloysius College, Univ of Pittsburgh Johnstown, Indiana Univ of Pa, Penn State Univ, and Penn State Altoona.

Two Smart TVs , VCR and DVD player with tapes and DVDs provided. Large deck and patio furniture off the living room with private woodland views and a babbling brook. Outdoor fire pit also provided. Close to Fallingwater, Ohiopyle and Seven Springs. Pet friendly (up to 2) and beautiful hiking trails in our woods.

****Please read entire description of property*** Main cottage (available year-round) - 1 bedroom, 1 sleep sofa in living room, 1 full bath, 1 half bath off kitchen Additional creek-side cabin (only available April 1- November 1 - $85/night plus $50 cleaning fee) - 1 bedroom, sofa, 1 full bath, dry kitchenette We never rent the creek-side cabin separately from the main cottage. If you do not need to rent it, you will still have access to the creek-side deck.

Copper House is a light, airy, tree-shaded lakefront home. Situated in a private community on a 20 acre lake, this home is a short 15 minute drive to downtown Morgantown and 10 minutes to the I-79 / US-68 interchange. A large 12'x35' deck overlooks the lake in the rear. Ideal area for relaxing or grilling. Please note: we do not allow large parties.
