Vati's stone house in Lavrio

Πλήρως ανακαινισμένο πέτρινο σπίτι του 1900 σε μια γραφική γειτονιά στο Λαύριο, με σεβασμό στα δομικά αρχιτεκτονικά χαρακτηριστικά του (πέτρα, ξύλινη οροφή, πατώματα, εσωτερική αυλή). Απόσταση 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι του Λαυρίου αλλά και την κεντρική πλατεία της πόλης. Cape Villa is a stunning, sunlit contemporary house right by the sea. It is perfectly placed to enjoy a relaxed vacation just by the sea, or to combine it with sightseeing around Athens. The house is located on the edge of the cape, just only 20 meters from the sea. It is about 35 minutes drive from Athens airport and about 50 minutes away from Athens city center. The center of Lavrion is only a 5 minute drive and there you can find many tavernas, coffee shops, super markets and bars.

The Eleftherios Venizelos Airport is a 25-minute drive .The magnificent Temple of Poseidon is an 8-minute drive or a 15-minute by bus.This home offers privacy and cosiness to its guests.

My place is in walking distance from the Temple of Poseidon in Cape Sounio, overlooking the blue Mediterranean sea. You’ll love it because of the comfy bed, the view with its breath-taking sunsets and its location altogether, as it is an hour drive away from Athens and relatively close to the Airport.
