I am located on Main Street in the historic district in walking distance of restaurants, small shops, parks and a couple of tiny museums. The rental is a 1 room apartment over a detached garage. Many of our guests come for a quiet and relaxing weekend or to work remotely in a cozy spot. We live in the attached house but the space you are renting is completely private--with a private entrance and no shared spaces. There is a brick wall between the spaces so we won't hear you and you won't hear us!
