Bring your own paddle-boards & kayaks (or hire locally from Cotswold Paddleboard Co. who deliver to your door!!) to take advantage of direct access on to Windrush Lake for non-motorised water sports. Or fish on both Windrush and (adjacent) Isis lakes.

This fabulous lakefront property is set in a prime location on Windrush Lake. It has outstanding views, parking directly outside home - centrally heated, WIFI, smart TV, Washing machine/dryer, DVD, books & games, gas BBQ outdoor table+chairs. The master bedroom & living room enjoy stunning lake views. You can paddleboard, canoe, sail & fish on Windrush with own equipment. Within the complex there is also tennis courts & table tennis pavilion. With prior arrangement 2 well behaved dogs accepted.

Lake’s End Lodge.

Lovely 3 bedroomed Lodge in a gated area. Lake’s End Lodge has a large private decking area which overlooks the beautiful Isis Lake. The Lodge sleeps six persons and is located near Cirencester in the heart of the Cotswolds. A superb setting with excellent on site facilities- tennis, table tennis, fly & coarse fishing & a children’s play area. Canoeing & SUP (stand up paddle) are available a short walk away. Restaurants and cafes are also within walking distance. Dogs are very welcome.

Some of the tourist sites nearby include Silverstone, RH England at Aynho Park, Broughton Castle, Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Upton House.

On the lake

This is a lovely base in the Cotswolds sitting on the lake, with a south facing aspect. Its family-friendly with plenty of activities in the area including horse riding, walks, gym, golf and even a beach. It is a great getaway for anyone, from couples, solo adventurers, and obviously families (with kids). There are all the essentials indoors from well equipped kitchen with dishwasher to high speed broadband. Oxford, Bath, Stratford upon Avon and Cheltenham are all within an hours drive.

The Coach House makes up part of Bretforton Manor, a Grade II-listed Jacobean estate that’s a 10-minute drive from Chipping Campden in the picturesque north Cotswolds. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.
