Enjoy a drink or BBQ on the large deck or unwind with a hot outdoor bath. Just a 5-minute walk from the local supermarket and brew bar.

Harleston House allows you to take your country breath, while being handy to a the local rural towns. It is on the main road - but private. This spacious home is set amongst surrounded in trees, large lawns and fountains. Local eateries, the "Better Half Kitchen and Bar" next door. You have a full kitchen, spacious living area, 2 bedrooms, excellent bathroom (with a a claw bath), laundry, practical house things. A hot tub by arrangement. Local beach, vineyards or grounds to walk in. Relax.

Why stay in the City? Nestled between the walnut trees is a modern, private space in the country but so close to the city. 15 minutes to/from Christchurch Airport. This is lifestyle block that runs as a little farm. Take a walk and enjoy the countryside. An easy drive to the supermarkets and every takeaway that you can think of! Relax on the covered deck, and absorb the space. Not suitable for infants/children.
