Το σπίτι αποτελείται από ενιαίο καθιστικό- κουζίνα, υπνοδωμάτιο, μπάνιο και μπαλκόνι. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει δυο ή τρία άτομα, καθώς υπάρχουν δυο μονά κρεβάτια και ένας καναπές που μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί σαν κρεβάτι. Βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της Μύρινας, της πρωτεύουσας του νησιού. Στον απέναντι δρόμο υπάρχει δημόσιο πάρκινγκ. Σε κοντινή αποστάτη υπάρχει σούπερ μάρκετ, τουριστικές παραλίες και το αρχαιολογικό μουσείο. Η κεντρική αγορά της Μύρινας βρίσκεται, μόλις, πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια.
