The apartment is full-service, attached to the main house with a private entrance and private patio. It is located 9 miles east of Old Town Clovis. Our unit includes a bedroom, dining area, living room, and a complete kitchen with all the necessities for coffee, tea, and cooking. Internet is available through both Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection with cabling provided. The TV is 4K Active; HDR Smart TV, 43", true color accuracy with Ethernet connection to our internet.

A 1br guest suite in one of the newest neighborhoods in Hanford with it's own dedicated private entry with curb parking right outside the door. We are just minutes from shopping and dining, 2 miles from Adventist Medical Center, 15 minutes from Kelly Slater's Surf Ranch and NAS Lemoore, 1 hour from Sequoia NP, and 2 hours from Yosemite NP. It is located 9 miles east of Old Town Clovis. There is a Roku tv with. Internet is provided, thru Xfinity.
