Full workspace with Monitor. 1.5 hours from Charlotte. 45 Minutes to Boone and N. Wilkesboro. 1 hour to Asheville. 10 Minutes from GGL Datacenter. Free charging on our level 2 EV charger. Basement is being remodeled currently. Expect a 4 bed/3 bath house in the next couple of months.

Under a 10 minute drive to quaint downtown Hickory with plenty of shopping and historical districts nearby. Outside fire pit and indoor wood stove (we provide firewood 🪵) Central A/C (window unit supplements the central a/c in the upstairs portion of the house) and gas heat. Large covered porches on the front and back of the house, back porch is screened in with outdoor dining area.
