Πρόκειται για αφιερώματα συντεχνιών και ναυτικών οικογενειών, τα οποία συμμετέχουν με καθορισμένη ιεροτελεστία στον καθαγιασμό των υδάτων στο Λιτόχωρο. The flat is situated just three meters above the sea, in the lush green area of Kokkino Nero, under the Kissavos Mountain. It is a two room flat with a big balcony under the shade of an old plane tree. The apartment is ideal for couples or small families who crave for tranquility and relaxation. Come and enjoy the simplicity, the peace and quiet of the area, watch the sun rise, feel the sea breeze, and swim into the deep sea water or go trekking to the high mountains!

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε 2ώροφη οικοδομή όπου στον 1ο όροφο βρίσκεται το διαμέρισμα First View Apartment και στον 2ο όροφο το Top View Apartment. Top View Apartment combines quiet hospitality in the most central part of town. The apartment is located on a 2-storey building where First View Apartment is located on the 1st floor and Top View Apartment on the 2nd floor.

Rich nature surrounds the house in this quiet area making the area proper for nature lovers. There are campings in the area with organised beaches restaurants and mini-markets close to the house. Κaterini,Dion and Litohoro are 15 minutes far by car. Our area is beautiful as it combines mountain and sea. It worths visiting it!
