THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

A cottage with a view in Ljungskile

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Mitt i naturen men bara 20 min från Göteborg hittar ni denna idyll. Här bor ni bekvämt i en nybyggd gäststuga med kamin, vedeldad bastu och badtunna. Runt hela huset går den stora altanen. Nedanför är en mysig stig (50 m) till den privata bryggan för ett morgondopp. Ta en tur med roddbåten och pröva fiskelyckan eller låna våra två SUPar. I direkt närhet finns vildmarken med gott om stigar, bl.a. Vildmarksleden, för vandring, löpning och mountainbike. Flygplats: 8 min Chalmers golfbana: 5 min

Unikt svinhus utanför Borås

En kvart utanför Borås i Fritsla ligger denna tegelbyggnad som var ett svinhus för 100 år sedan. Här njuter ni av naturen och Häggån som rinner 10 m från huset. Det är ett lugnt område med två andra bostadshus några hundra meter bort. Huset består av ett enda stort allrum på 100 m2 med kök, matplats och soffdel med öppen spis. The bathroom and toilet are located 30 meters away from the cottage in the basement of the main building. Our house lies only 50 m from lake Aspen and has a stunning view over it. The house has three floors where the first holds a pretty large kitchen with a dining area. Here is also the living room with sofa and TV. There are two bedrooms with a double bed in each and close to them a bathroom with toilet and shower. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed in each and there is a bathroom with toilet, shower and a bath tub.

Klipphyllan

Tomt med fantastisk utsikt och skyddat läge bland trädtopparna. Två badrum med utsikt över skog och trädgård. Braskamin och balkong mot väster. Stor köksö och stort matsalsbord. Högt belägen trädgård med sol hela dagen och ingen insyn. Utedusch med varmvatten. Kolgrill. Många badplatser i närområdet, närmaste är Stamsjö badplats, ca 10 minuter att gå. Skogar med fina stigar gränsar till tomten.

Idyllisk stuga på strandtomt

Koppla av med i detta fridfulla unika boende vid sjön, endast 15 meter från privat strand och brygga. Tillgång till kanot och eka, bra fiskevatten! Tomten är mycket privat hela 5300kvm att nyttja. Solen är ut över sjön hela dagen och hela kvällen. Det finns en stor inhägnad där exempelvis hundar kan springa fritt. 10 minuter från Borås stad 50 minuter från Ullared 20 minuter från Djurpark
